There are a lot of players on both sides of the ball that are assuming new roles with their team, and it will be interesting to see how they respond. Kevin White starts for the Bears at WR, and Jeremy Langford is the full blown starter. Lamar Miller has been projected to lead the league in rushing and Brock Osweiler is ready to prove himself so there’s a lot of moving parts in this one.
J.J. Watts is recovering from back surgery in April – and Houston fans should be extremely nervous. It’s doubtful we’re going to get an all-out Watt performance like we’re accustomed to seeing so lower your expectations.
Houston 31 Chicago 17 – Lamar Miller goes buck wild in this one, because there’s no one to stop him, and count DeAndre Hopkins down for a score as well, it doesn’t matter who’s throwing him the ball.
